Andhra Pradesh Technology Services (APTS) has prepared a detailed project report to develop Integrated Computerised System to equip the Legislative Secretariat with latest technology.
The Rs 13.80-crore project is aimed at addressing the needs of legislators and streamlining day-to-day activities at both the Houses.
“In order to achieve this, we need to computerise the entire legislature,” Mr Ponnala Lakshmaiah, Minister for Information Technology and Communications, said here in a statement.
The Minister had written a letter to the Department of Information Technology (Government of India), seeking funds required to implement the project.
