Hinduja group company Defiance Technologies has launched a dedicated social media command centre in Chennai for Nissan in Japan.

The centre will allow Nissan have a better control of its online reputation by helping it listen to, analyse and respond to social media conversations across geographies and platforms.

This platform will enable Nissan monitor, analyse and engage with Japanese consumers in real time, said Mr Andy Palmer, Executive Vice-President, Nissan Motor Company.
