GN Netcom has launched Jabra GN1900 Mono/Duo with RJ9 Direct Connect, the “affordable, professional headset series optimised for cost-conscious contact centres.”
The headset increases agent productivity and performance. Its noise cancelling microphone ensures that background noise from the work environment won't be transmitted to customers' ears, says the company.
The headset comes with RJ9 Direct Connect and as such does not need an adapter cord or additional amplifier or USB plug, thus making it cost-effective, it adds.
