Mahindra Satyam will hold its annual general meeting (AGM) on June 8 to consider the proposal to merge the company with Tech Mahindra. It is mandatory for the firm to get the AGM nod to go ahead with the merger. Similarly, Tech Mahindra too would hold its AGM some time in June to take up the issue.
Ties up with Alfresco: Meanwhile, the company announced that it is expanding its partnership with Alfresco from APAC region to the Gulf region. Alfresco is an open source enterprise content management system provider. “We believe that Alfresco is highly scalable open platforms. Their market leadership in Open Source and Cloud Document Management helps us offer cost effective, secure and scalable solutions to our customers,” Mr Bobby Gupta, Vice-President and Head of (the Gulf , North Africa and Turkey), said here in a statement.
