Gigabyte Technology Co Ltd has launched its latest motherboard series for the new Intel® Core™ processors (Sandy Bridge). The new series of motherboards is based on the Intel® P67 and H67 Express Chipsets and designed to provide maximum CPU power, says the company. An extensive range of Gigabyte 6 series motherboards will be available with ten ATX models and seven Micro-ATX models to choose from. There are three models that target the SMB (small and medium business) market. Additional models are planned through the first and second quarters.

Transcend Information Inc has announced the addition of the JetFlash 700 USB flash drive to its USB 3.0 product portfolio. JetFlash 700 delivers blazing fast data transfer rates of up to 70MB/s — nearly twice the read speeds, and provides much quicker and easier access to rich digital content, says the company. JetFlash 700 is now available at an MRP of Rs 1,300 for the 8 GB model, Rs 2,000 for the 16 GB model and Rs 5,600 for the 32 GB model.
