MphasiS has announced that for the third quarter ended July 31, 2011, its profits have fallen by 24.6 per cent to Rs 208 crore from Rs 276 crore in the same quarter last year.
The company's consolidated revenue went up 1.1 per cent to Rs 1,294 crore (Rs 1,279 crore). The company added 27 clients in this quarter.
The top contributing verticals included emerging industries (36 per cent), information technology, communication, media and entertainment vertical (30 per cent), and banking and capital market (25 per cent).
