Pune-based consulting and solutions integrations company Nihilent Technologies has acquired GNet Group LLC, a US-based services and solutions company.
Headquartered in Minneapolis, GNet Group has operations in Mid-western and South Central United States, and expertise in business intelligence services, SharePoint and application development.
“We are excited for the opportunities that this acquisition brings both Nihilent and GNet Group’s customers,” L C Singh, Vice-Chairman and CEO of Nihilent said in a statement.
Integration operations have already begun, Minoo Dastur, President and COO, Nihilent added.
