The company has tied up with a Web hosting services company BigRock for the purpose.
Mr Prashant Gokarn, Head (3G Business), Reliance Communications, said this in addition to increasing RCom's subscriber base, will also significantly boost the digital economy in the country.
According to the pact, BigRock will enable Reliance subscribers to build their own Web sites using a builder package offered by the company.

The package will include a domain name of user's choice, a Web site builder with hosting and business e-mail accounts at the chosen domain name.
