Reliance Communications (RCom), has announced a tariff with special roaming rates for its CDMA and GSM subscribers in Tamil Nadu. They can now enjoy incoming and outgoing calls to any network @1 paise per second. The offer is available on recharge of Rs 82 and tariff will be valid for 365 days. The need to stay connected is compelling users to pay higher tariffs. There is a need for value proposition for roaming user and Reliance. Mobile fulfils the demand with its new value offer, said Mr Rakesh Singh, HUB Head – TN and Kerala , in a release.
