Zoho Corporation is aggressively looking at India market to sell its on-line business, productivity and collaboration products on the ‘cloud'.

Large companies, small and medium size business and individual users will be able to use Zoho CRM, Zoho Sites, the Zoho Docs suite and the Zoho Mail suite, Mr Sridhar Vembu, CEO, Zoho, told newspersons.

Clients need not buy various products, but can pay a monthly subscription fee to use them. This will reduce capital expenditure for them, he said.

These products, which were developed at its development centre in Chennai, are being used by nearly 50,000 clients outside India.

Zoho CRM automates day-to-day business activities while Zoho Sites is an online website builder.

Zoho Docs is an online document management system where files can be stored securely in a centralised location

The company, which develops the products from its Chennai centre, is targeting small and medium size companies to use its products. Zinnov Management Consulting says that there are nearly 50 million SMBs of which nearly 10 million are technology-ready. This addressable market opportunity will increase to 11 million by 2015, he said.

The company has clients such as Ingram Micro, NIIT and Clear Trip in India. At present, out of the $150 million revenue, nearly 5 per cent is from India. This, Mr Vembu wants to nearly triple in the next five years.

The US remains the biggest market for Zoho contributing nearly 55 per cent of revenue, he said.
