Abhibus.com, an online bus ticket booking firm, has instituted ‘India Bus Awards’ to recognise services rendered by fleet operators, both in private and public sectors.
"We have identified 14 different categories, covering all aspects of bus services including operations, customer satisfaction, safety and employee satisfaction," Biju Abhibus.com Chief Operating Officer Mathews, has said here in a statement on Thursday.
The award ceremony would be held at Mumbai in June this year.
The firm roped in Ernst & Young, LLP, as official tabulators for the awards to validate the awards processes, bring in transparency and credibility.
