Bharti Airtel today announced the appointment of Mr Vikas Singh as CEO of the company's B2C operations in Kerala and Tamil Nadu circle. This is in line with the new organization structure that Bharti Airtel recently announced for its India and South Asia operations.
Effective August 1, Bharti Airtel's new structure is aimed at driving greater business and functional synergies, providing a common interface to customers, and creating a de-layered and more agile organization.
The company's transformed organisational structure has two distinct Customer Business Units (CBU) with clear focus on B2C (Business to Customer) and B2B (Business to Business) segments, a release said.
