Mr Ashok Soota, Executive Chairman, Happiest Minds Technologies Pvt Ltd, has announced a 10-member leadership team, some of whom are his former colleagues from MindTree.

At a press conference in Bangalore, Mr Soota announced that his top leadership comprises Mr Ramakanth Desai, Mr Puneet Jetli, Mr Salil Godika, Mr Dattatri Salagame, Mr Joseph Anantharaju, Mr Aurobinda Nanda, Mr Prasenjit Saha, Mr Raja Shanmugam, Mr Raja Sekher, and Mr Venkatesan K.

Headed by the CEO and MD, Mr Vikram Gulati, Happiest Minds aims to provide services and solutions around new emerging technologies such as cloud computing, social media, mobility, analytics and security.

Integrated approach

Mr Soota said, “The shifting technology landscape provides opportunities and an entry strategy for new players such as Happiest Minds. These new technologies enable IT to become more for transformational enterprises and measurable in terms of its business impact.” He said Happiest Minds would be differentiated by its sharp focus on these technologies, focused solutions, people brand, deep domain expertise and non-linear growth.

Happiest Minds is built on three levers: next generation technologies, select solutions and the framework for enabling happiness for the team and customers.

“With the proliferation of new emerging technologies, the next generation IT services will require an integrated approach to deliver business solutions.
