The world’s biggest blockchain hackathon, Genesis Hack, was unveiled at the 10K NASSCOM Start-up Warehouse in Bengaluru on Wednesday. Genesis Hack, launched by IBC media, creators of the International Blockchain Congress, will bring together over 65,000 developers to compete for a cash prize of over ₹1 crore.
Prominent blockchain industry players such as Abhishek Pitti, CEO of Nucleus Vision, Amit Kanodia, CEO, Host, Abhinav Ramesh, CEO of Murmur, and a host of developers were present at the event.
“There are several use cases for blockchain technology across several industries,” said Abhishek Pitti, CEO of Nucleus Vision. “But to scale up, we need engineering talent to build and maintain blockchain infrastructure.”
