Cognizant Technology Solutions has completed its acquisition of Bolder Healthcare Solutions, a provider of revenue cycle management solutions to hospitals, physician practices and other specialist healthcare organisations in the US.
The Nasdaq-listed Cognizant, which has several development centres in India, had announced the acquisition in March.
Globally, Bolder has around 2,200 employees. This includes 800 in India who will be part of Cognizant’s centres in Kolkata and Hyderabad, said sources.
Bolder will expand Cognizant’s range of digital healthcare solutions, enabling it to better address large provider segments of the US healthcare market, said a press release.
