CSS Corp, a global technology support and consulting company, has opened its first delivery centre in China.
The centre is located at the Ascendas IT Park, at Hi-tech Industrial Zone in Dalian, China. CSS Corp plans to hire over 150 employees during its first year of operations in Dalian to strengthen its global delivery capability.
This 7,000 sq ft centre will be adopted as the first part of a multi-phase plan to expand in China. It will provide multilingual consumer and enterprise technical support in Mandarin, Japanese and Korean languages.
CSS Corp China will provide enterprise tech support solutions to existing clients as well as tap the neighbouring markets like Korea and Japan.
It will also act as a key site for CSS Corp’s Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery Planning, says a company press release.
