Cyient Ltd, formerly Infotech Enterprises, has posted revenues of ₹913.6 crore in the second quarter ending September 30, 2016, against ₹772.50 crore, showing a growth of 18.3 per cent.
The net profit fell to ₹97.30 crore from Rs 99.40 crore in the comparable quarter previous year(2.2 per cent). The profit, however, went up by 31 per cent over the profit in the first quarter. The firm announced an interim dividend of ₹3 a share (of ₹5 face value) and a special dividend of ₹2.5 per cent on the completion of 25 years.
