Tata Docomo, the telecom brand of Tata Teleservices, has launched ‘Emergency Talktime Service’ for its pre-paid GSM customers in Mumbai, offering credit talk time. Users can get a talk time credit of ₹4 by dialling *366# from their cells.
To avail this service, customers should have less than ₹5 as balance.
The credit amount will be recovered after 24 hours with a nominal fee.
