Flytxt, a leading provider of mobile consumer analytics solutions, has been shortlisted as finalist under the technology innovation category for the Carriers World Awards 2015.
It has been nominated alongside BT Global Telecoms Markets, Hutchison Global Communications, IDT Carrier Services and Telarix Inc.
Intent management
What won the nomination was its intent management solution that draws on advanced analytics for personalisation of services at the touch-point level to mobile subscribers.
This seeks to tap on a new trend in which retailers are seeking new ways to understand shoppers better for providing customised messaging and content for each individual.
Modern personalisation techniques enable data collection at new touch points such as call centres, self-service kiosks and customer care portals.
The Flytxt solution leverages packaged analytical models to recommend personalised offers by combining subscriber’s historical behaviour with current context.
Customer experience
The solution has helped telecom companies to enhance customer experience by offering consistent and relevant offers across these touch points.
A Flytxt spokesperson said here that the Carries World Awards recognise excellence in global telecom industry and will select winners across 13 award categories.
There are selected based on industry vote and will be announced in London on September 30.
Abhay Doshi, Senior VP-Product and Marketing, Flytxt, said that intent management solution addresses the need of service providers to offer differentiated experience to consumers.
This has improved acceptance of offers by more than 10 per cent, he added.
