Flytxt, a leading player in mobile consumer analytics, will deploy its customer value management solutions in Safaricom, the largest integrated telecom service provider in Kenya.
Flytxt’s advanced analytics powered solutions will enable Safaricom to improve customer experience through personalised and contextually relevant engagement with customers.
Vodafone affiliate
With over 25 million subscribers, Safaricom is East Africa’s largest telecom company with a portfolio of products spanning voice, data, mobile money and enterprise segments. Safaricom is an affiliate of the Vodafone Group; this partnership is Flytxt’s third such agreement within the group’s global footprint.

Flytxt’s solutions use packaged analytics to provide telcos with actionable insights that help them to take faster decisions across business work flows and touch points. These solutions further enable them to personalise services and optimally utilise opportunities for enhancing customer lifecycle value.

The company has already demonstrated impressive results in its earlier deployments in the group, he added.
Flytxt has a presence across Africa through partnerships with top tier telecom companies, including a group level agreement with MTN.
