Global Cloud Xchange (GCX), a subsidiary of Reliance Communications (RCom), has won the ‘Excellence in Data Center Services Award, South East Asia’ at the Datacloud Asia Awards 2018 event held in Singapore. In addition, GCX Chairman and CEO Bill Barney was honoured with the ‘Data Center Thought Leadership Award’ in recognition of his contributions to the data centre industry.
The Datacloud Asia awards, one of the most revered accolades in the technology sector, recognise innovation and excellence in the Asia digital infrastructure market. Winners of this year’s awards in all categories were chosen by an independent expert panel from across the data centre and Cloud industry segments, with the objective of recognising excellence in Data Centre and Cloud Services and Operations.
