IT services and distribution company HCL Infosystems has appointed S G Murali as its Group Chief Financial Officer.
The company's board has also named Sandeep Kanwar as Chief Executive Officer of HCL Infotech, a wholly-owned subsidiary and the system integration business arm of HCL Infosystems.
Prior to the appointment, Kanwar was the Chief Financial Officer at HCL Infosystems, the company said in a statement.
Murali will be responsible for developing, monitoring and evaluating the overall corporate strategy of HCL Infosystems’ diverse business units with emphasis on bottomline performance and enhancing shareholders' value, it added.
