Hewlett-Packard (HP) on Wednesday launched the Neverstop Laser Printer in India. According to the company, this is the world’s first Laser Tank printer. Starting at Rs 15,846, the printer is available in two variants and both come with wireless-enabled models as well.

The cost per page starts at 29 paise on the Neverstop laser printer (with the dual laser Toner Reload Kit), and the company said it has brought down the per-page printing costs significantly, with this device.

The printer, which HP said would enable small and medium businesses to save time, is a rapid-reload laser printer. The printer’s toner can be replaced in 15 seconds, a statement from the company said. The laser Toner Reload Kit starts at Rs 849 for a single pack.

“With breakthrough innovations like Laser Tank, we are helping businesses enjoy high quality laser printing at an affordable rate, and run their print-based workflows without interruption,” said Sumeer Chandra, Managing Director, HP India.
