In a marked departure from tradition, IT services exporter Infosys will announce the its fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 results almost two weeks later than its usually does.

Scheduled for Friday, April 24, 2015 at 1:15 p.m. Indian Standard Time (IST) the results conference will be held at its Chennai Development Centre at Mahindra City.

The company usually heralds the quarter results season with a conference in the second week of the month at its sprawling Bengaluru campus. The delay has been attributed to the new CEO Vishal Sikka requiring more time to articulate his new strategy for financial year 2016. The change in location is yet another of the many changes that Sikka has brought in after he took over as CEO in August last year. He may continue to set a precedent in the industry by hosting the company’s quarter results conference at different locations around the country henceforth.

The leadership team will be part of a common television interaction at 3:45 p.m. IST. The participating executives will address questions from the media during this interaction which will be streamed live on the Investor Relations section of the Infosys website.

Infosys will conduct a 60 minute conference call at 2:30 p.m. IST on April 24, 2015, open to investors and analysts in all regions, where the senior management will discuss the company's performance and answer questions from participants. A second, 60 minute conference call will be conducted at 6.45 pm IST on April 24, open to investors and analysts in all regions where the senior management will discuss the company's performance and answer questions from participants.
