Infosys Technologies has been rated as a strong performer in Software Product Development services in The Forrester Wave: Software Product Development Services, first quarter 2014 report.
Infosys scored among the highest in the current offerings segment in the report, according to a company statement. The company’s top scores were in the areas of customer satisfaction, scope and sophistication, permanent onshore presence, vertical focus and domain expertise, and value added services, the statement added.
The Forrester Wave: Software Product Development Services, Q1 2014 report evaluated 11 software product development service vendors, selected on the basis of scale and service capabilities with a focus on software product development services. Vendors were rated across 14 criteria, grouped into three high-level buckets of current offering, strategy and market presence.
