The board of directors of Infotech Enterprises will meet on April 24 to consider the audited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2014. It will also consider and take on record the audited results for the financial year 2013-14. The board would also recommend the final dividend for that year.
The board of the engineering services company recently proposed to rechristen the company as Cyient. It will put it for voting this month through a postal ballot to get a go-ahead from shareholders. The statutory formalities are likely to be completed by May first week for the change in name.
