Consumer electronics company Intex Technologies will commence production at its upcoming plant at Kasna in the next two to three months.
Speaking at a press conference to announce the launch of new range of full view smartphones here on Thursday, Nidhi Markanday, Director, Intex Technologies, said the new plant will increase its product capacity from 112 million units to 150 million units of different products. At present, the company has three plants at Noida.
On the newly-launched smart phones, she said: “The full view series from Intex is all about Big View and INFIE 33 & 3 models brought into the affordable new sub-5K price point.”
The company had clocked Rs 3,200 crore turnover in 2017-18 and is expecting 15 per cent growth this year.
