Reliance Jio Infocomm (RJio), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries (RIL), has slashed the prices of its highest selling Rs 399 plan by Rs 100 under a limited period offer. RJio has partnered with PhonePe to offer the discount.
Following the discount, the plan is now available at Rs 299. This offer, which is part of Rjio’s second anniversary celebrations, is available from September 12-21, the company said in a statement.
The Rs 100 discount comprises a Rs 50 instant discount for Jio pre-paid users who have received Rs 50 cashback vouchers from Jio on recharging via MyJio App, and additional Rs 50 instant cashback when the payment is done via PhonePe.
Under the plan, RJio offers free voice and unlimited data (up to 42 GB) per month for 3 months at ₹100 per month.
On Tuesday, RJio had launched WhatsApp on all JioPhones.
