Multinational technology services company Litmus7 Systems Consulting Pvt Ltd, which is based out of SmartCity Kochi, is one of India’s best 50 places to work in the IT–BPM sector, according to an international rating agency.
Litmus7, which started operations in SmartCity Kochi in 2017, is spread over an area of 27,000 sq ft. Great Place To Work rated the company based on the agency’s assessment of workplace cultures across the globe. Of the 600 firms that were considered for rating, over 160 were IT & IT-BPM organisations.
The MNC exclusively focuses on retailers across the globe and supports them from global offices and innovation hubs in Israel, the UK and the US, besides India.
Litmus7 founder-CEO Venu Gopalakrishnan said the company aims to build a culture that will design the future of the workforce. “We have created a great work culture by collectively identifying four pillars: happiness, credibility, leadership and innovation. It’s around these that our actions are centred. We are building a culture that will design the future of work force,” he said.
It is indeed a matter of prestige to see Litmus7 being recognised for its work culture that is comparable to global standards, said Manoj Nair, CEO, SmartCity Kochi.
