Coimbatore, though next only to Chennai, has emerged as the second city in the State to have one of the biggest Nokia Care Experience Centre.
The centre, which has become functional in a sprawling 2,500 sq feet space, was inaugurated by Mr T.S. Sridhar, Regional General Manager (South), Nokia India.
The company has since its foray into India about sixteen years ago, established a network of 700-plus Nokia Care centres. Sixty-five of these are located in Tamil Nadu, he said.
Stating that such Nokia Care Experience (NCE) centres would be oriented towards providing valuable experience and customer satisfaction, he said “this NCE outlet is the fifth in the South and the second in Tamil Nadu. We have 15 NCEs across the country.”
After establishing a network of Nokia Care centres, it is now looking to launch the NCEs to provide value for money and customer satisfaction.
Besides showcasing the latest handsets, the NCEs offer mobile accessories and offer service support as well.
