Persistent Systems has acquired PRM Cloud Solutions, a Salesforce partner and cloud application development firm, for an undisclosed sum.
“This acquisition further strengthens our ability to lead our customers on their journey to digital with Salesforce as one of those key platforms,” said Anand Deshpande, Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Persistent Systems.
Based outside Perth, PRM primarily focuses on healthcare, construction and property management, with its key customers including Honda, Rio Tinto, Furniture Options, Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA), Synergy and Workpower.
Shares in Persistent Systems, which gained more than 3 per cent intra-day, were trading up 1.37 per cent on the BSE, which was down 0.79 per cent at 12.29 pm.
