Servion Global Solutions and Citibank NA Singapore won the Best Call Centre Project Award at the 13th annual Asian Banker Summit 2012.
Over 45 financial institutions from 14 countries across the Asia-Pacific and the Gulf region were evaluated as part of the Technology Implementation Awards Programme 2012.
The Best Call Centre Project Award was awarded to Citibank and Servion for having effectively managed and administered centrally an IVR technology framework for Citibank customers, says a Servion press release.
