Promoters of the Chennai-based Zylog Systems Ltd have increased their holding in the company. Sthithi Insurance Services Private Limited, one of the promoters of Zylog, has increased its stake by 2.78 per cent.
The increase in the holding was made through open market acquisition of 4.57 lakh equity shares. As a result of this acquisition the promoters of the company -- Mr. Sudarshan Venkatraman, Mr. Ramanujam Sesharathnam and Sthithi Insurance Services Private Limited -- have increased their holding in Zylog from 36.68 per cent to 39.46 per cent, according to the company’s statement.
