Sundaram Infotech has bagged five information technology outsourcing deals from three overseas companies and two domestic companies for undisclosed sum.
The Chennai-based company has signed an outsourcing contract from a UK-based garment retailer to provide support and product enhancements for their Indian operations.
It has also bagged a deal from an international seed company, one of the world’s largest developer and suppliers of plant genetics, providing high quality seeds to farmers worldwide. As part of this deal, Sundaram Infotech will implement its seed field management solution to support the business and operations of the seed company in India, says a company press release.
Sundaram Infotech has expanded its presence in the US market with a multi-year deal from a US-based company specialised in providing industry leading optimisation for airlines industry. As part of its engagement with the US firm, Sundaram Infotech will provide services that include technical architecture and offshore technology solution support using Microsoft technologies.
The company said that it has bagged two deals from a BPO and a construction firm. For a Chennai-based BPO company with a global presence, Sundaram Infotech will design, develop and implement a custom CRM application using Microsoft technologies.
Sundaram Infotech has also bagged a deal from a Delhi-based construction and finance company, says the release.
