BlackBerry India head Sunil Lalvani has put in his papers. Lalvani has been heading the Canadian handset maker's India operations for over two years, which was also the toughest period for the company globally.
Lalvani was earlier the head of BlackBerry's enterprise business before taking charge of the entire operations.
Under Lalvani, BlackBerry had undertaken transformational changes to align with its global strength in the enterprise space.
Matthew Tonkin, VP, Carrier Sales and Distribution, APAC, will lead operations in India as an interim measure.
