Tagrail Inc., a US-based consumer experience startup, and Triassic Solutions, a software and solutions-based company at the Technopark here, have announced a broad partnership for automotive retailing. Tagrail essentially offers digital retailing for dealerships and provides tools to power the customer journey from living room to showroom.

DIGITAL RETAILING

Given its specialisation in simplifying the car buying experience for customers, it was recently approved by Lexus for its digital retailing solution for dealers in the US. It is best known for its DealerTag platform, the mobile-first customer experience management platform for auto dealerships.

Triassic has expertise in industrial automation, equipment control, measurement and testing, material tracking, design, development, testing and maintenance. Boasting a clientele across three continents, Triassic has won multiple Deloitte Technology awards. It is also a Microsoft Silver Partner and a CDAC Technology Partner.

The new partnership will strengthen research and development in artificial intelligence, data mining and predictive marketing, said Kiran Karunakaran, CEO, Tagrail Inc. "Triassic has been our partner since inception and we believe the new agreements would help us evolve our product offerings and take them to new geographies," he added.

NEW OFFERINGS

Aneesh Suhail, CTO of Triassic, said the partnership would help open up to the future of digital retailing. "We have gained immense experience working with Tagrail domain experts," he said.

With this, Triassic can offer products and services in many new markets. The initial area of focus would be West Asia, before expansion into the broader Asian and European markets.

According to Karunakaran, it is not just today's automobiles getting smarter, customers driving those vehicles are also getting smarter. "So there is a need for automobile sales to get on an even keel. Tagrail and Triassic should be able to drive innovation in this direction much more quickly," he added.
