TalentSprint has partnered with Google to moot a programme for its women engineers. The two companies aim to nurture 600 women software engineers from India over the next three years.

As part of this initiative, college students from varied socio-economic backgrounds will be identified via a detailed selection process and groomed through multi-step programme. The selected candidates will receive 100 per cent scholarship and annual stipend of ₹1 lakh each, states a release from TalentSprint.

It is offered as a one-year experiential programme for students entering the third and fourth year of the engineering course. The programme will comprise summer coding bootcamps, live online classes, on-going mentorship, certification and team-based projects to enhance problem solving and computational thinking.
