Tally Solutions, a provider of business software solutions, has launched Tally Xcelerator (TX) to provide business consultancy services to small and medium businesses.

These Xcelerators will be handled by 22 Tally partners. These partners will help about 20,000 resellers of Tally in understanding the ways of conducting businesses in the age of GST.

“The Goods and Service Tax has brought in a significant change in the way businesses conduct their day-to-day activities. The SMEs face a challenge as they gear up for digital financial transactions and various compliances for the GST,” Joyce Ray, India Business Head of Tally Solutions, said.

Addressing a press conference after announcing the nationwide launch here on Thursday, he said the resellers will not only help their own business in the transformation but also help Tally’s end customers in upgrading their skills.

“We are working with over 10 lakh SMEs for 30 years. We have figured that there is a considerable dearth of initiatives taken to support the small businesses in terms of their growth and development,” he said.

“The Xcelerator programme is aimed at upscaling and upskilling these businesses,” he said.

“The programme is aimed at helping the SMEs realise their trade and investment opportunities and become competitive in the market,” Karthik Ganeshan, Co-Founder of Beyond Square, which is going to roll out the TX initiative in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, said.
