Tata Consultancy Services, India’s largest software exporter, has been ranked by the CRF Institute as the number one employer in Europe for 2013.
Founded in 1991, the CRF Institute is an independent organisation that identifies top performers in human resources worldwide.
The top employer certification, based on independent research done by the CRF Institute and audited by Grant Thornton, stated that TCS performed exceptionally well across all key areas of HR practice.
In particular, the survey recognised TCS’ contribution in the categories related to outstanding working conditions, training and development, career development, cultural management and company culture.
TCS was chosen as first among the final 20 companies participating at a continental level. In order to reach the continental level, each company was required to have been previously certified as a top employer in at least five individual countries in Europe.
