IT consulting and software solutions company Thinksoft Global Services reported a jump in net profit at Rs 7.44 crore in the quarter ending June 2012. This was an increase from Rs 1.82 crore in the year-ago period.
Revenues almost doubled to Rs 41.21 crore in the June 2012 quarter from Rs 28.16 in the same quarter last year.
“The company’s banking practice showed strong year-on-year growth of 28 per cent with order flow from all regions even,” said Mr. A. V. Asvini Kumar, Chairman and Managing Director, Thinksoft Global.
The stock closed at Rs 79.55, up 9.95 per cent on the BSE.
