Mahindra Satyam has appointed Mr Ulhas N. Yargop, a non-executive and non-independent director of the company, as a member of the Audit Committee with immediate effect. Mr Yargop has been taken on the Audit Committee following the the demise of C. Achuthan on September 19, 2011.
The other members in the committee are Mr T.N. Manoharan (Chairman), and Mr M. Damodaran, the company informed the Securities and Exchange Commission.
