UST Global, a leading digital technology services company, has won first position at Kerala Management Association’s 33{+r}{+d} annual competition for Young Managers 2015.
The competition recognised original research from teams that examined and articulately presented solutions on bridging the gap between education and employability in Kerala.
UST Global’s model framework -- ‘Attitude, Skills and Knowledge – Methodology, Content and Quality of Teaching’ (ASK-MCQ) -- which identified the factors of employability and its importance for employers in various sectors, was chosen over 30 other teams that participated.
