Virtusa Corporation, a digital engineering and IT outsourcing services company, has opened Pega Technology Innovation Lab in Hyderabad.
The lab will focus on digital process automation (DPA) research and innovation. It will develop and implement Pega DPA solutions to accelerate digital business transformation process for its clients.
US-based Pegasystems develops software for digital process automation, business process management, and customer relationship management.
“The innovation lab is aimed at helping clients understand and capitalise on opportunities for digitally enhancing their business processes to drive innovation, increase business agility, and create competitive advantage. The lab will focus on developing Pega-based solutions that integrate front and back office operations,” a Virtusa statement said on Thursday.
“The lab provides an environment for clients to ideate, create business cases and proof-of-concepts, and develop and test solutions that enable them to capitalise and derive the maximum value from their Pega-based tools,” it said.
