Zoho unveils new version of HRM App

Zoho has unveiled the new version of human resource management application Zoho People 4.0, aimed at enhancing the core functionality of the application to benefit HR department and employees.

The new version provides employers with centralised, integrated system that facilitates better connectivity between the human resource department and the employee, a company statement said Wednesday.

The HR department would also be able to manage custom services, tailor complex policies to suit specific workplace scenarios and handle employee queries through centralised management system.

“With this new version, we have set the bar higher by focusing on the ways technology can not just help the HR team do their work more efficiently, but also enhance employee experience,” Zoho, product manager (Zoho People), Raja Ramasamy said.

The Zoho People 4.0 would be available immediately for new users, the company said, adding existing users would be migrated to the new version in phases.
