5Paisa.com plans to raise ₹104 crore through a rights issue in the next three to four months, the company said in a statement on Wednesday. The board of directors of 5Paisa.com has approved a proposal for a rights issue to its existing shareholders in the ratio of one equity share of ₹10 each for every equity share of ₹10 each held in the company, at ₹80 a share. The company is also planning to enter the peer-to-peer lending business soon.
