Energy Grid Automation Transformers and Switchgears India Ltd, promoter of Schneider Electric Infrastructure Ltd, plans to dilute its stake through an offer for sale on Wednesday. Energy Grid, which plans to sell 74.79 lakh shares or 3.13 per cent stake in Schneider to meet SEBI's minimum public shareholding norm, has fixed the floor price at ₹57 a share. The stock on Tuesday closed at ₹66.75.
The board of directors of Raj Television Network has approved a bonus issue in the ratio of 1:1 (i.e. one share for every one share held in the company). The stock on Tuesday closed at ₹525. The stock has more than doubled in the last five years from about ₹200 to the current level.
Winsome Diamonds and Jewellery has said the company and its associate firm Forever Precious Jewellery and Diamonds have received an aggregate sum of $2.45 million from UAE customers against overdue amounts. This development follows the company receiving standby letters of credit. The stock on Tuesday closed at ₹7 on the BSE.
