HCL Technologies Ltd has informed the BSE that the Employees Stock Option Allotment Committee of the company on March 4 allotted 5,42,924 equity shares of Rs 2 each, under the 1999, 2000 and 2004 Stock Option Plans. Consequent to this, the paid-up share capital of the company has gone up to 68,57,27,624 equity shares of Rs 2 each.

Sam Industries Ltd has informed that Mr Brij Kishore Jalan, Whole-Time Director, has submitted his resignation from his office on March 3.

Man Industries (India) Ltd has informed that its board of directors vide a resolution passed by circulation on March 4, has approved the allotment of 5,00,000 equity shares of Rs 5 each at a premium of Rs 30 a equity share, pursuant to conversion of 5,00,000 warrants allotted to the person forming part of promoters group, according to board resolution dated September 4, 2009.

SKS Microfinance Ltd has informed that the company has allotted 26,665 equity shares of Rs 10 each to those grantees who have exercised their options under the SKS Microfinance Employee Stock Option Plan, 2009. The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the company in all respects.
