HCL Technologies Ltd has informed the BSE that the Employees Stock Option Allotment Committee of the company on March 4 allotted 5,42,924 equity shares of Rs 2 each, under the 1999, 2000 and 2004 Stock Option Plans. Consequent to this, the paid-up share capital of the company has gone up to 68,57,27,624 equity shares of Rs 2 each.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the company in all respects.
