Future Retail has redeemed 1,500 convertible debentures of Rs 10,00,000 each, totalling Rs 150 crore, issued to Brand Equity Treaties Ltd.
In a filing to the stock exchange, Future Retail said this was in line with the debenture subscription agreement, as amended on August 14, between the company and Brand Equity Treaties.
