Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd has filed a draft Offering Circular with Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd (the SGX-ST) seeking its in-principle approval for listing of notes to be issued pursuant to the company's $ 1,500,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies) Medium Term Notes Programme (MTN).
