Elecon Engineering Company Ltd has won an order for Rs 176.49 crore from NMDC Ltd for design, supply and erection of the down hill conveyor system for Kumaraswamy iron ore project, package-II.
3i Infotech Ltd has said that the High Court at Bombay has approved the merger of KNM Services Private Ltd, Stex Software Private Ltd and E-Enable Technologies Private Ltd, three wholly owned subsidiaries of the company, with itself. Further, the High Court has also approved the merger of Manipal Informatics Private Ltd and Delta Services (India) Private Ltd, step down subsidiaries of the company with 3i Infotech Consultancy Services Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The mergers are effective from March 30.

The consortium comprising Tata Power and SN Power Norway has bagged the Dugar Hydro Electric Project in Chenab valley in Himachal Pradesh. The capacity of Dugar Hydro Electric Project is estimated to be 236 MW which will be developed through a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) being formed and owned by the consortium.
